La cancellazione è gratuita fino a 30 giorni prima del check in.
A partire dal 30esimo giorno fino a 7 giorni prima dal check in si perde il 20% del totale della prenotazione (che corrisponde all'anticipo versato tramite bonifico in caso di prenotazione diretta tramite email; mentre, in caso di prenotazione diretta tramite sito web, verrà scalato dalla carta di credito).
A partire dal giorno 7 precedente al check in la cancellazione non è più disponibile e bisognerà pagare l'intero importo della prenotazione.
Check in dalle 16:30 alle 18:30.
Check out entro le ore 10:00.
La tassa di soggiorno si paga a partire dai 14 anni, si prega di far sapere l'età dei bambini (in caso ve ne siano) così da non addebitarla al totale.
Tassa di soggiorno 1 euro a notte a persona.
La culla ha un costo di 25,00 euro per tutto il soggiorno. Il seggiolone è gratuito.
I cani pagano un supplemento di 30,00 euro, ad animale domestico, per tutto il soggiorno. Se ci lasciate la taglia vi facciamo trovare le ciotole della dimensione adatta e se ci date il nome lo scriviamo sul piccolo omaggio a loro dedicato.
