Cancellation is free up to 30 days before check in.
Starting from the 30th day up to 7 days before check in, 20% of the total booking will be lost (which corresponds to the advance paid by bank transfer in the case of direct booking via email; while, in the case of direct booking via the website, it will be deducted from the credit card).
Starting from the 7th day before check in, cancellation is no longer available and you will need to pay the full amount of the reservation.
Check in from 16:30 to 18:30.
Check out before 10:00.
The tourist tax is paid from 14 years of age, please let us know the age of the children (if there are any) so as not to charge it to the total.

Dogs pay a supplement of 30.00 euros, per pet, for the entire stay. If you leave us the size we will let you find the bowls of the right size and if you give us the name we will write it on the small present dedicated to them.
